1 General
1.1 This website is operated by Stichting Ebenist. As a user of this website you acknowledge that any use of this website including any transactions you make is subject to our terms and conditions.
1.2 When you use Stichting Ebenist’s services please read the additional information and terms and conditions provided with regards to such services and made available at the time of booking as this information will provide you with full details on how to use such services.
1.3 We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website (see date at the top) and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.
2 Conference bookings
2.1 Please use one form per participant.
2.2 Confirmation that registrations have been received will be emailed immediately; please contact us (info@ebenist.org) if you do not hear from us within one week of submitting your form.
2.3 Attendance and venue details will be made public well ahead of the conference date on our website, www.ebenist.org.
2.4 Participants are strongly advised to make sure they have the appropriate insurance.
2.5 The conference organisers reserve the right to alter the programme due to unforeseen circumstances.
3 Conference booking cancellations and refunds
3.1 We strive to refund in full cancellations received before the specified date of the symposium. However, as the date of the symposium approaches and final reservations must be made by us with venues or caterers, we can no longer guarantee this.
3.2 No refunds will be made for no-shows at the conference or for any cancellations received after the specified date of the symposium.
3.3 Substitutions may be made in writing to the organisers up to one day before the conference takes place.
4 Payment
4.1 The payments for bookings and purchases from us are handled by secure online payment processor Mollie®.
4.2 Upon completion of your payment, the payment processor will electronically supply us with your payment details, such as payment amount, time and method.
4.3 We require that all payments are made in EURO. Payments made to the payment provider other than in EURO are subject to currency conversions at the appropriate exchange rate, over which we have no control.
4.4 We do not store debit/credit card details.
