When you register for our symposium, we keep your information at least until the publication of the proceedings of this symposium, so that we will be able to notify you of this publication. In most cases, the moment between registration and publication of the proceedings will not be longer than two years. We do not keep your registration details any longer than necessary for this purpose. However, our payment provider (Mollie.com) may store your payment details for a longer time.
You can request at any time to view your personal information or to have it deleted by emailing us.
Do we use ‘cookies’?
You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies. You do this through your browser settings. Since browser is a little different, look at your browser’s Help Menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies.
