Stichting Ebenist respects the privacy of all the visitors/users of its website and ensures that all personal information which you will give us, will be dealt with in a strictly confidential manner.

In general, we try to only request and store the minimally required amount of information to be able to host our symposium and publish our proceedings in an efficient manner. We do not share this data with others.

When using our contact form, or when registering for our symposium, we ask for personal details. You may be asked to enter your name, email address, and your relevant work-related details.

We collect information from you when you send it to us by registering for our symposium, using our contact form, or sending us (electronic) mail.

All financial transactions are processed through an external payment processor (Mollie®) and are not stored or processed on our servers.

When you use our contact form in order to be placed on our mailing list, we keep your information until you unsubscribe or otherwise request to have your information deleted from our systems.

When you register for our symposium, we keep your information at least until the publication of the proceedings of this symposium, so that we will be able to notify you of this publication. In most cases, the moment between registration and publication of the proceedings will not be longer than two years. We do not keep your registration details any longer than necessary for this purpose. However, our payment processor (Mollie®) may store your payment details for a longer time.

You can request at any time to view your personal information or to have it deleted by emailing us.

Do we use ‘cookies’?
We use cookies for storing your preferred language on our website.

If you disable cookies, you will still be able to register for our symposium or contact us.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.
