In general, we try to only request and store the minimally required amount of information to be able to host our symposium and publish our proceedings in an efficient manner. We do not share this data with others.

All financial transactions are processed through an external payment processor (Mollie®) and are not stored or processed on our servers.

When you register for our symposium, we keep your information at least until the publication of the proceedings of this symposium, so that we will be able to notify you of this publication. In most cases, the moment between registration and publication of the proceedings will not be longer than two years. We do not keep your registration details any longer than necessary for this purpose. However, our payment processor (Mollie®) may store your payment details for a longer time.
You can request at any time to view your personal information or to have it deleted by emailing us.
Do we use ‘cookies’?
We use cookies for storing your preferred language on our website.
If you disable cookies, you will still be able to register for our symposium or contact us.
